Responsibilities
Partner closely with our leadership team and recruiters to identify hiring priorities
Build and maintain a world-class pipeline of engineers, product managers, and designers from top startups and companies
Drive creative sourcing strategies: from outbound research to leveraging networks, events, and communities
Develop a strong understanding of candidate motivations and startup dynamics to identify and attract the right people
Provide a high-touch candidate experience from the very first outreach
Qualification
Required
2–5 years of high-bar technical recruiting experience at a Series A–C startup OR Recruitment Agency
Comfortable working 5-days a week in the office
Proven track record of 2–3 engineering hires per month
Deep experience with high-volume outbound sourcing and staying tapped into the hottest talent pools
Grit - willing to work 9-9-5
