Responsibilities
Review AI-generated content and provide clear, constructive notes on what succeeds, what falls short, and why
Write and edit sample content that demonstrates strong collaboration between human creativity and AI assistance
Test new features regularly and share insights from a writer’s point of view
Create prompts, story starters, guides, and examples that help others use the tools effectively
Offer feedback that helps the AI produce more consistent, compelling, and humanlike writing
Work closely with our research lead to inform how the next versions of our systems are shaped
Qualification
Required
Strong narrative judgment
Exceptional attention to language
LLM Literacy
Creative Communication
Experience using AI writing tools or experimenting with AI in creative work
Background in creative writing, editorial work, or narrative design
An interest in how technology can support human creativity (no technical background required)
