Required
Bachelor's in Manufacturing, Weld, Mechanical, or Quality Engineering (or equivalent)
Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing (fabrication/welding preferred)
Strong problem-solving and quality systems knowledge
Preferred
Welding experience
Lean/5S familiarity
