You're technically strong enough to architect systems, write production code, and make sound decisions across the stack
You have an open source orientation
You understand what makes communities work, whether through leading projects or meaningful contribution
You value transparency and collaborative building
You can lead and mentor and you know how to attract great people and create conditions for them to do their best work
