Senior Change Manager
LanceSoft, Inc. is recruiting a Senior Program Change Manager to support a large-scale operating model transformation. The role focuses on enabling a key US strategic program by designing and implementing change management strategies that drive adoption and engagement across the organization.
Responsibilities
Define, design, and execute the end-to-end change strategy, approach, and plan across all phases of the change adoption journey
Apply structured change management methodologies and tools, including ADKAR and the Galbraith Model
Champion change initiatives and ensure alignment with strategic business objectives
Identify, map, and actively engage key stakeholders in partnership with business leaders and HR
Build and maintain strong relationships with senior leaders and HR partners
Coach and support leaders and sponsors to drive accountability, adoption, and benefit realization
Lead change impact assessments across stakeholder groups, functions, and grades
Define 'as-is' and 'to-be' states and develop actionable change and adoption plans
Identify resistance risks and develop mitigation strategies to sustain behavioral and mindset shifts
Partner with Corporate & Government Affairs, HR, and leaders to design and deliver effective communication plans
Articulate the rationale, benefits, and impacts of change initiatives clearly and consistently
Provide input and alignment with US communications teams
Identify, document, and mitigate change-related risks and issues across workstreams
Define success metrics and KPIs to measure change effectiveness, readiness, and adoption
Track outcomes, benefits realization, and report progress to senior stakeholders
Partner with workstream leaders, SMEs, and HR Learning & Development to identify training needs
Ensure appropriate learning, capability, and upskilling plans are developed and embedded
Support delivery of training initiatives to meet diverse stakeholder needs
Qualification
Required
Proven experience leading large-scale change programs within complex, matrixed, and global organizations
Strong expertise in Organizational Change Management (OCM), including portfolio-level prioritization, sequencing, and saturation management
Advanced knowledge of change management frameworks (ADKAR, Galbraith, Lewin)
Strong understanding of operating model design, including structure, governance, processes, and ways of working
Demonstrated ability to influence, coach, and engage senior stakeholders and sponsors
Excellent communication skills with experience presenting complex information to senior leadership
Strong analytical and data fluency skills, including experience with dashboards, KPIs, and analytics
Proficiency with change, collaboration, and digital adoption tools (e.g., Excel, Jira, WalkMe, or equivalent)
Ability to work effectively through ambiguity with a flexible and adaptable mindset
Preferred
Experience delivering complex organizational and operating model transformations within Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) environments
PROSCI and/or APMG Change Practitioner certification (required/preferred as applicable)
