Responsibilities

Oversee quality assurance activities for all VOA Recovery programs, including nonresidential programs and residential sites in Louisville, Southeast Kentucky, and Owensboro
Conduct regular internal audits and reports to ensure compliance with state, federal, and agency standards
Review incident reports, medication errors, and client documentation for accuracy and completeness
Collaborate with program leadership to develop and implement corrective action plans
Maintain quality dashboards and prepare reports for leadership review
Support staff training on compliance, documentation, and quality standards
Participate in strategic quality initiatives and continuous improvement projects

Required

Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Healthcare Administration or related field OR equivalent years of experience
