Responsibilities
Independently synthesize chemical intermediates and process impurities
Develop and characterize reaction profiles and isolated compounds
Engage in commercial process development activities
Maintain detailed laboratory notebooks and computer files
Collaborate with process and analytical chemists in a team environment
Present data and findings in group and project meetings
Qualification
Required
PhD in organic chemistry or a Master's with 3 years of relevant experience
Proficiency in organic synthesis and standard characterization techniques (HPLC, LC-MS, NMR)
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively
Experience in reviewing and interpreting analytical data
Excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills
Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
