Bookkeeper (Part-Time)
Yeager is seeking a part-time Bookkeeper to provide accounting support to the agency's owners and operations department. The role involves managing day-to-day bookkeeping transactions and completing the full accounting cycle, including financial reporting and reconciliations.

Responsibilities
Support operations by verifying, allocating, and posting transactions
Assemble financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information
Performing and preparing accounting and clerical functions
Performing month end management fee procedures
Preparing and reviewing bank deposits and wires
Preparing and reviewing journal entries
Perform job costing and project-level financial tracking to support accurate reporting and profitability analysis
Reconciling balance sheet accounts
Reconciling bank activity on a daily/weekly/monthly basis
Preparing monthly/quarterly financial statements
Accounts payable and receivable
Payroll administration
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
Three years of accounting/bookkeeping experience
Experience with QuickBooks (required)
Data entry and word processing skills
Attention to detail, well organized with strong time management skills
Demonstrate thorough understanding of professional accounting / bookkeeping practices
Experience with spreadsheets and financial reports
Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records
