Responsibilities
Lead and scale the Product Management organization, including Product Managers, Associate Product Managers, and Business Analysts, while defining and executing the product roadmap
Drive agile product development practices, including quarterly planning, sprint planning, backlog grooming, metrics tracking, and delivery accountability
Own end-to-end product launch planning and execution, including training, documentation, virtual demonstrations, and in-person presentations
Facilitate cross-functional stakeholder meetings to identify, prioritize, and deliver software enhancements and business process improvements
Partner with Finance and business leaders on vendor evaluation and contract negotiations
Define detailed functional requirements, user stories, and visual mockups to support development and stakeholder alignment
Gather and incorporate stakeholder feedback before and after development to ensure successful outcomes and continuous improvement
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field; MBA preferred
8+ years of professional experience, including 3–5 years in hands-on product strategy and product management leadership
Experience with a portal as the product, preferably using CRM, ERP, applicant tracking, and/or AI/ML
Proven ability to use data and metrics to inform product investment, prioritization, and experience optimization
Strong customer-centric, data-driven approach with the ability to clearly communicate insights and recommendations
Executive presence with experience presenting to and influencing C-suite stakeholders
Demonstrated success hiring, mentoring, and developing high-performing Product Management and Business Analysis teams
Exceptional relationship-building skills across all levels, from junior team members to executives, clients, and strategic partners
Deep understanding of usability, user experience, and empathy for both internal and external users
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and an excellent written and verbal communicator
Thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
Strong internal-consultant orientation with proven success in this approach
Working knowledge of Jira and Agile methodologies
