Responsibilities
Overseeing all of the dayshift and nightshift operations
Responsible for maintenance and upkeep of the entire facility
Manage and motivate the staff to ensure predetermined productivity and quality standards are achieved and exceeded
Communicate daily with the Night Shift Manager to ensure a smooth transition between the day and night shifts
Build cohesive and effective cross-functional relationships to ensure all company objectives are being met
Qualification
Required
Strong computer skills
Ability to adapt to a continually improving software system
Preferred
A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or Business Management
Relevant warehouse management experience
