Matura Farrington is seeking an IT Help Desk Support Representative to provide high-touch technical support in a fast-paced professional services environment. Responsibilities
Provide first-line IT support via phone, email, chat, and in person
Troubleshoot issues related to laptops/desktops, printers, scanners, and business applications
Support users both onsite and remotely
Build/configure PCs and perform software installs/upgrades
Track work in a ticketing system and document resolutions clearly
Help manage IT inventory and coordinate vendor repairs when needed
Create simple documentation and assist with user training as needed
Qualification
Required
2+ years of help desk / application support experience (law firm experience highly preferred)
Strong customer service mindset and professional communication skills
Comfortable supporting both Windows 11 and Mac OS environments
Experience supporting Office 365, Adobe Acrobat, and related end-user tools
iManage experience is required
Preferred
law firm experience highly preferred
Litera Compare experience is a plus
