Handle all aspects of patent litigation
Work collaboratively with partners and senior attorneys on complex IP cases
Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and briefs
Prepare for and attend depositions, hearings, and trials
Advise clients on case strategy and IP enforcement or defense
Qualification
Required
3–4 years of experience in patent litigation
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
Must be in good standing with the relevant jurisdiction's bar
Admitted to the New York Bar or DC Bar (or able to waive in)
Preferred
A technical background is a plus, but not required
