Verify daily billing and ensure accuracy of submitted information
Manage and monitor clinic calendars, appointments, and scheduling needs
Confirm patient appointments and provide reminders as needed
Maintain a professional and welcoming front desk environment
Communicate effectively with doctors, therapists, patients, and external partners
Complete insurance verifications and follow up with insurance providers
Support general office operations and assist with additional tasks as assigned
Qualification
Required
Intermediate proficiency in Excel and strong overall Microsoft Office skills
Ability to learn and navigate office equipment and electronic systems
Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with staff at all levels, patients, and external agencies
Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
Customer‑service mindset with a positive and professional attitude
High school or equivalent (Required)
