Qualification
Required
Strong Supervisory Skills with the ability to lead, train, and motivate staff effectively
Outstanding Communication and Customer Service skills to deliver a positive guest experience and manage team interactions
Proficiency in Budgeting and financial planning to manage expenses and optimize resources effectively
Experience and knowledge in Recreation and leisure activities, particularly in a water park or similar environment
Familiarity with safety standards and practices relevant to water park operations
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for schedule management and operational planning
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in recreation management, hospitality, business, or a related field is preferred
Experience in a leadership role within the hospitality, recreation, or entertainment industries is a plus
