Responsibilities
Responsible for setting the schedule for the QA and sanitation team
Provide training to established standards for each team member
Ability to communicate the status and quality of product to Mission Corporate
Ability to communicate daily with other departments within the facility
Understand and track customer rejections. Determine common causes and provide solutions to rejections
Complete quality documents and reports summarizing key metrics and information trends and provide documentation in a timely matter to Mission Corporate
Ensure all QA standards and SOPs are adhered to
Assist in ensuring that the FDC maintains and meets all food safety requirements set by Corporate Food Safety department
Ensure all sanitation and food safety tasks are completed, and paperwork filed as per the Corporate Food Safety guidelines
Communicate directly with Corporate Food Safety on the priorities and status of the facility
All other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or 5 years of relevant experience
Ability to be flexible with hours
Effective interpersonal communication skills
Experienced in Microsoft Office
Preferred
Bilingual in English and Spanish
Forklift experience
Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365/inventory systems
