Customer Support Specialist

PingPong Payments is a global payment solutions provider that empowers eCommerce merchants. The Customer Support Specialist will deliver high-quality support to SMB eCommerce customers, acting as their primary contact for onboarding and day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality customer support and onboarding for a portfolio of SMB eCommerce customers
Act as the primary point of contact for day-to-day operational queries, including account setup, payouts, platform functionality, and general product usage
Manage a high volume of inbound requests across support channels while meeting defined SLAs and quality standards
Support customers through KYC/KYB, ongoing due diligence, and compliance-related requests in line with internal policies
Troubleshoot issues, handle bug reports, and coordinate with internal teams to drive timely resolution
Identify recurring issues and contribute to improvements in processes, documentation, and customer education
Build strong customer relationships and, over time, identify opportunities to increase product adoption, retention, and customer lifetime value
Stay up to date on product enhancements and proactively educate customers on new features and capabilities

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
1+ years of experience in customer support, customer success, or account management, preferably within a software, fintech, or payments environment
Strong interest in payments, financial services, FX, or SaaS platforms
Ability to explain technical or operational concepts clearly to non-technical customers
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and the ability to follow defined processes in a regulated environment
Comfortable working with CRM and support tools (e.g. Zendesk, or similar platforms)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Fluent in English, both written and spoken
