Club & Regional Account Manager
Kindling Snacks is seeking an Account Manager to lead and grow their business across key club and strategic regional accounts. The role involves building strong relationships with buyers and managing the full sales process to drive growth and deliver results.
Responsibilities
Build and execute strategic account plans that expand Kindling’s footprint across key club & grocery retailers
Secure new item authorizations, successfully launch and rotate items, and grow overall volume and velocity within existing clubs
Develop deep, collaborative relationships with club buyers and merchant teams to drive long-term category growth
Lead business reviews and planning sessions to align on innovation strategy, pack differentiation, demo programs, and promotional execution
Manage trade and demo budgets, forecast accurately, and deliver strong ROI on promotional investments
Partner cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and finance to ensure on-time production, flawless execution, and profitable growth across the club channel
Own day-to-day relationships with club buyers and grocery teams to drive mutual growth and build long-term partnerships
Develop annual and quarterly strategies that expand distribution, optimize pack architecture, and maximize rotation and demo success
Manage item setup, promotional calendars, demos, and operational timelines to ensure every program launches smoothly and delivers results
Own sales forecasting, trade and demo budgets, and promotional ROI to deliver sustained, profitable growth within the club & grocery channels
Partner closely with marketing, operations, and finance to align on innovation, supply, and execution—ensuring Kindling is ready for every opportunity
Represent our mission and products with enthusiasm, helping both buyers and members experience the spark that fuels our brand
Qualification
Required
Experience in account management, particularly in the club and grocery channels
Strong relationship-building skills with buyers and cross-functional teams
Ability to manage the full sales process, including item setup, forecasting, and promotional strategy
Proven track record of driving sales growth and profitability
Experience in developing and executing strategic account plans
Ability to manage trade and demo budgets and deliver strong ROI on promotional investments
Strong forecasting skills to support production and logistics planning
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and finance
Ability to represent the brand enthusiastically and effectively
Preferred
Experience in the snack food industry
Familiarity with category growth strategies and innovation planning
Experience in managing item launches and rotations
