This role involves building scalable, secure applications for healthcare systems and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact features using modern .NET technologies.

Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-level applications using Core .NET frameworks, ensuring robust, scalable, and secure codebases
Implement asynchronous messaging and event-driven architectures using RabbitMQ for microservices communication and real-time data processing in healthcare workflows
Deploy, manage, and optimize cloud-native applications on Azure , including Azure Functions, App Services, Service Bus, and Kubernetes for healthcare data pipelines
Develop and integrate APIs, microservices, and backend systems compliant with healthcare standards (e.g., HL7, FHIR, HIPAA)
Collaborate with healthcare stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions, focusing on patient portals, EHR integrations, and compliance reporting
Perform code reviews, unit testing, and troubleshooting to ensure 99.9% uptime for mission-critical healthcare applications
Mentor junior developers and contribute to agile ceremonies in a fast-paced onsite environment
Qualification
Required
10+ years of hands-on experience as a .NET Developer, with proven expertise in the healthcare domain (e.g., EHR, telemedicine, claims processing)
Core .NET proficiency (mandatory): Advanced experience with .NET Core/.NET 6+, ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework, and C# for building high-performance web APIs and services
RabbitMQ expertise (mandatory): Strong implementation of message queuing, pub/sub patterns, and high-throughput messaging for distributed systems
Azure expertise (mandatory): Deep knowledge of Azure services including AKS, Azure SQL, Cosmos DB, and DevOps pipelines for healthcare workloads
Day 1 onsite availability in San Bernardino, CA (no remote option)
Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science or related field
Preferred
Experience with healthcare-specific technologies (FHIR, HL7, Epic/Cerner integrations)
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a regulated healthcare environment
