The role involves providing Tier 1 and Tier 2 application support for healthcare-focused SaaS and cloud systems, troubleshooting issues, and managing user access needs.

Responsibilities

Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 application support, managing approximately 10–15 tickets per day with accuracy and empathy

Perform new user setup, password resets, access requests, and permission management across cloud and identity systems

Troubleshoot issues related to SaaS applications, Active Directory, cloud services, devices, and VOIP platforms

Support healthcare applications, including EHR systems, while maintaining compliance with privacy and security standards

Document issues, resolutions, and workflows within a ticketing system

Identify recurring issues and contribute to process improvements and long-term solutions

Collaborate with internal teams to improve documentation, workflows, and overall support quality

Qualification

Required

Experience providing Tier 1 or Tier 2 IT or application support in a fast-paced environment

Strong troubleshooting skills across applications, user access, and cloud-based systems

Familiarity with healthcare or regulated environments, including HIPAA considerations

Experience supporting identity and access management tools such as Active Directory and cloud-based equivalents

Experience working within ticketing systems like AutoTask or ConnectWise, etc

Comfort supporting VOIP or collaboration platforms

Very strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users

Experience working in an MSP environment
