Responsibilities

Work closely with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements for Conga CLM

Define user stories, workflows, and process requirements related to Contract Lifecycle Management

Collaborate with IT, developers, QA, and cross-functional teams to support solution design

Conduct gap analysis, impact assessments, and propose process improvements

Support UAT planning, execution, and issue resolution

Assist in CLM enhancements, configuration updates, and integration requirements

Serve as the liaison between business teams and technical teams to ensure alignment

Required
