2+ years expClean Harbors is seeking a Senior Business Data Analyst to support the Sales Operations function. This role is responsible for developing and maintaining reporting, analytics, and forecasting models using SQL, Salesforce, Power BI, Tableau, Excel, and other internal tools.

Responsibilities
Prioritize Health and Safety by following all safe work practices and policies
Use SQL, Python, Excel (pivot tables, Power Pivot, macros, large datasets), Tableau, and Power BI to assess sales performance and KPIs
Develop and maintain interactive dashboards, forecasting models, and statistical analyses based on business requirements
Manage and respond to ad-hoc analytical requests from business leaders
Validate and cleanse data, identifying issues and recommending corrective actions
Communicate insights and improvement opportunities to senior leadership
Maintain confidentiality of all sensitive and proprietary information
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Finance, Statistics, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or related field (preferred)
2+ years of experience programming with SQL
Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, Power Pivot, macros, large datasets)
Power BI experience preferred, Tableau and Salesforce experience a plus
Knowledge of data visualization, analytics methodologies, statistical modeling, and data mining techniques
Proven success supporting business partners in a collaborative environment
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with SQL Server Reporting Services and Salesforce preferred
Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
Superior analytical and problem‑solving ability with strong attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple projects with varying complexity and timelines
Preferred
Power BI experience preferred, Tableau and Salesforce experience a plus
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with SQL Server Reporting Services and Salesforce preferred
