Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Accounting or Finance, or related field
At least 8 years of professional experience, including a minimum of 4 years relevant experience in transaction advisory services
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Extensive knowledge of business, finance, accounting and economics principles
Deep knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
Significant experience in financial due diligence or related activity
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to lead and manage multiple concurrent projects
High-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Preferred
Certified public accountant (CPA) certification or foreign equivalent preferred
Big-4 experience strongly preferred
