Design and develop high-performance, scalable applications using Java and Spring Boot
Implement multithreading and concurrent programming for optimized performance
Build and maintain RESTful microservices to support enterprise-level applications
Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and other developers in a hybrid working environment
Ensure code quality, security, and performance through best practices, testing, and reviews
Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical leadership in the team
Qualification
Required
12+ years of experience in Java development
Strong expertise in Spring Boot framework
Hands-on experience with Multithreading & Concurrency
Proven experience in developing and deploying Microservices
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and DevOps practices
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills
