Responsibilities
Support new vehicle programs by helping define repair and service strategies
Participate in early program reviews, including concept and virtual architecture reviews
Create clear presentations to highlight risks, issues, and program timelines
Work closely with cross-functional teams such as product development, service engineering, and field support
Perform internal and competitive service benchmarking to understand best practices
Review vehicles hands-on and analyze service repair times
Use benchmarking insights to improve and influence repair strategies
Qualification
Required
Strong communication and presentation skills (written and verbal)
Ability to work comfortably with multiple teams and stakeholders
Experience or familiarity with tools such as VisMockUp, CAD, Teamcenter, or similar engineering systems
Comfortable managing multiple tasks and complex projects
Proficient with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Preferred
Background in Diesel, Medium/Heavy Duty vehicles, or Electric Vehicles is highly preferred
