Responsibilities

Develop and carry out international and regional development initiatives
Ensure growth and pipeline development within all regions in which ACIM operates
Partner with regional management and domicile leadership to drive growth
Collaborate with ACIM CEO and finance teams on planning and budgeting
Collaborate with key Aon collaborators including CRS CCO’s and other growth-oriented colleagues within Aon to promote ACIM’s value proposition
Identify and assess market opportunities and drive growth initiatives
Develop marketing and sales strategies aligned with client needs
Oversee and coordinate ACIM’s thought leadership efforts
Identify opportunities for transformational business growth
Leverage Aon's market position to develop innovative client solutions
Provide strategic advisory services and maintain strong client relationships

Qualification

Required

Ten plus years of commercial risk experience, with a strong preference in the captive management space
Strong understanding of regional business dynamics and client needs
Strong understanding of risk finance concepts
Entrepreneurial perspective with a passion for delivering client value
Ability to build and maintain executive-level client relationships
Strategic alignment with client market environment and industry insights
Strong consulting skills and financial competence
Effective communication and team management skills
Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent years of industry experience
Relevant regulatory licenses and technical requirements
