Responsibilities

Install and commission BAS systems, ensuring all components are correctly integrated and functioning
Perform regular maintenance and troubleshoot issues with BAS components
Download, update, and verify the accuracy of software used in BAS systems
Calibrate and test HVAC systems and controls to ensure optimal performance
Monitor BAS components for efficiency and safety, and provide diagnostics and repairs as needed
Staying in compliance of company required trainings

Required

A minimum of 3-6 years' experience in applicable fields: (BAS controls, HVAC controls, Controls Commissioning, PLC Programming)

Previous experience in BAS or related fields
Problem-Solving: Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Communication: Good communication skills for coordinating with other technicians and stakeholders
Relevant certifications in HVAC, electrical systems, or BAS technologies
Tech school Grad or a 4yr degree in Mechanical/Electrical is top pick
