Talent Acquisition - Fashion/Retail
Pyramid Consulting Group is hiring for a Talent Acquisition - Fashion/Retail to join our team in a remote capacity. This role will help facilitate recruitment needs within our luxury client portfolio, managing the full-cycle recruitment process and various administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
Source potential candidates through job boards, internet search, social media, referrals, etc
Prescreen talent and partner with division managers
Assist supervisor with various administrative and recruitment tasks
Ensure job notes are accurately updated
Maintain employee files within the ATS (Bullhorn)
Manage a heavy calendar of group and individual interviews to build bench strength
Partner with Marketing Dept. on job postings and creative social media campaigns
Conduct reference checks for potential employees
Assist in a variety of administrative duties, including Excel reports, resume formatting, and job descriptions
Qualification
Required
Degree or relevant experience within the fashion/retail market in a corporate setting
Positive attitude, ability to see the best in any situation
Experience supporting a C-level executive and a complex calendar
High level of organization
Strong and clear writing skills
True team player
Passion for luxury goods and knowledge of brands
Expert level in software and reporting
Interest in Recruitment
Preferred
Candidates who are commutable to NYC as needed
