Responsibilities
Act as the primary financial advisor to regional leadership, linking operational performance with financial results
Provide oversight and analysis of budgets, forecasts, and monthly operating results to ensure financial predictability
Evaluate business drivers, trends, and variances to support informed decision-making
Assess the financial feasibility of new business opportunities, including investments, acquisitions, and divestitures
Lead financial modeling for new business initiatives, including investment requests and return analyses
Monitor underperforming accounts and partner with operations to develop and execute improvement plans
Coordinate regional budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with divisional benchmarks
Prepare and present financial reports highlighting key trends in revenue, expenses, earnings, and asset management
Ensure compliance with regional and line-of-business financial policies and procedures
Oversee regional asset controls, including capital expenditures, inventory, equipment, and accounts receivable
Support training initiatives for regional teams on financial processes, systems, and accounting updates
Partner with operations during new account openings to ensure financial systems and controls are properly implemented
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field required
6–8 years of progressive experience in financial management, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
Preferred
MBA preferred but not required
Prior leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred
Experience in a multi-site, operationally driven environment is highly desirable
