Responsibilities
Manage and deepen relationships within an assigned client book of business
Collaborate with the lead advisor in a support capacity to serve complex client relationships during financial planning and review meetings
Onboard and build new client relationships that come in via practice acquisitions
Prepare for client meetings across financial planning areas including investment, retirement, tax strategy, insurance, and estate planning
Maintain accurate and timely client records in CRM system
Uphold a white-glove service experience in every client interaction
Qualification
Required
0–5 years of experience in financial planning or advisory services
Series 7 & 66 Exams and state Insurance license will be required within first 6 months of hire
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients
A team-first attitude and a growth mindset — you see opportunity where others see obstacles
Comfortable with both the technical and relational sides of financial advising
Ambition to become a lead advisor and grow your own book of business within our ecosystem
