Precoa is a national sales and marketing company within the preneed insurance industry, seeking a ProActive Sales Representative. This role involves connecting with clients to help them plan their final wishes, supported by a dedicated team and comprehensive lead generation programs.

Qualification
Required
Applicable State Insurance License and Preneed License/Certification
Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
Strong relationship development and communication skills
Ability to sell effectively over the phone and in-person
Empathetic, caring, and compassionate mindset with a strong work ethic
Preferred
1-2 years of in-person sales experience, preferably in a senior market
