Responsibilities
Generate new business opportunities and support revenue targets
Research and pursue emerging markets and verticals
Build partnerships with freelancers, agencies, and industry collaborators
Increase market awareness through outreach, networking, and event participation
Conduct discovery conversations to understand client goals
Develop strategic solutions aligned with studio capabilities
Collaborate with internal teams on proposals and project approaches
Support long-term client relationships and growth within existing accounts
Respond to RFQs and assist with quoting
Maintain accurate CRM documentation in Zoho
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Minimum 5 years in sales, business development, or account management
Strong communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills
High attention to detail and strong organizational habits
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Experience in a creative or production environment
