Responsibilities

LATAM Market Expansion: Actively seek and acquire new customers while building long-term business relationships across South and Central America
Pipeline Ownership: Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation and qualifying to high-stakes closing
Strategic Growth: Diversify sales activities, expand into new verticals, and continuously analyze market potential to stay ahead of the competition
Forecasting & KPIs: Develop precise sales plans and forecasts, while monitoring key performance indicators to ensure targets are met
Global Networking: Expand our international customer network and represent Authologic at major global industry events
Brand Building: Establish Authologic as the go-to partner for identity verification and AML compliance in foreign markets

Required

Minimum 5 years of proven success in selling online products (SaaS / Fintech / KYC)
Native or professional fluency in Spanish and English (both spoken and written)
Expertise in Business Development and leading complex B2B sales processes from cold outreach to contract signature
Deep understanding of the Tech/Fintech/KYC industry and knowledge of AML processes
Exceptional negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
Ability to organize work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, remote-first startup environment

Preferred

Experience working with financial institutions or government agencies
A university degree in Business, IT, or Marketing
