Responsibilities
Analyze requirements and review software documentation to ensure alignment
Design comprehensive test plans based on functional objectives
Execute tests using advanced virtual platforms to validate software performance
Collaborate with the Calibration team to pre-calibrate new software algorithms
Contribute to Lessons Learned by addressing escaped issues and strengthening processes for improved quality
Troubleshoot and resolve issues to ensure robust fixes and prevent recurrence
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
Minimum 1 year of engineering experience, including at least 2 years in the automotive industry
Ability to thrive in an Agile development environment
Strong proficiency in Simulink model development and analysis
Fluent in English, both written and spoken
Proactive mindset with strong ownership and accountability
Preferred
Masters degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering field
Previous experience in controls/software development, testing, or calibration
