Support Technician
AMER Technology, Inc. is seeking an experienced System Support Technician to provide back-end support for its enterprise Safety Incident Management System and other platforms. This role focuses on system administration, workflow management, reporting, and quality control to ensure reliable and efficient system operations.

Responsibilities
Provide back-end administrative support for enterprise technology systems
Perform user administration, workflow review, and workflow creation
Conduct routine quality control and system troubleshooting
Support reporting needs by writing and maintaining reports using back-end databases
Assist with system configuration and ongoing maintenance
Participate in virtual meetings (Teams/WebEx) as required
Qualification
Required
8+ years of experience supporting enterprise-level technology systems
8+ years of experience in: Back-end system support
Quality control and troubleshooting
User administration
Workflow review and creation
Strong experience using report-writing tools to extract and present meaningful data from databases
Preferred
3+ years of experience with the Cority GX2 platform
3+ years providing advanced or escalated technical support
1+ year creating job aids and system documentation
1+ year experience with Microsoft Office 365
1–3 years delivering professional technical customer service
