Order Processing Specialist
Responsibilities
Enter and manage customer orders accurately in ERP/order systems
Coordinate with Sales, Logistics, and Warehouse teams
Track shipments and resolve order issues
Maintain records, documentation, and reports
Support process improvements and data cleanup
Qualification
Required
1–3+ years of order processing, admin, or customer support experience
Strong attention to detail and data entry skills
Excel/Outlook proficiency
Organized, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
ERP or order management system experience
