Responsibilities
Lead the creation and maintenance of prototype designs that serve as the blueprint for all data center projects
Create, document, and refine standardized design processes to ensure efficient, repeatable, and high-quality project execution
Implement best practices that streamline workflows and enhance coordination across multiple teams and disciplines
Drive Kaizen based on lessons learned and industry advancements
Develop quality control measures to guarantee that all design outputs meet prototype design and customer requirements
Facilitate clear, consistent communication with stakeholders across departments, simplifying complex technical details to ensure understanding and alignment
Qualification
Required
Based in Dallas, TX
10+ years in Design & Engineering in Mission Critical Sector with a minimum of 3+ years in a leadership role managing complex programs and standardizations
Strong understanding of engineering disciplines relevant to Mission Critical design (Mechanical, Electrical, Architecture, BMS, Telecom, Structural, Civil)
Proven ability to identify and resolve design inconsistencies, anticipate risks, and maintain high-quality standards across multiple disciplines
