Purchasing and Inventory Coordinator II

They are seeking a Purchasing and Inventory Coordinator II to manage the procure-to-pay process and ensure smooth material flow for capital and operational needs.
Responsibilities
Manage and create requisitions and receipts in the ERP system
Assist with sourcing and contracting processes
Expedite purchase orders to meet delivery schedules
Track open orders and monitor supplier performance
Maintain accurate inventory records and resolve discrepancies
Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to resolve issues and provide updates
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Smartsheet
Experience with ERP systems, particularly Oracle Cloud
Familiarity with Microsoft Power Apps
1–4 years of relevant work experience
High School Diploma or equivalent
Preferred
A Bachelor's degree in a related field
Oil and gas industry experience
