Design, build, deploy, and support Contact Center & telephony systems
Develop automation for configuration, provisioning, and CI/CD
Troubleshoot complex application & performance issues
Contribute to platform reliability, scalability, and continuous improvement
Qualification
Required
Strong Linux Administration/Engineering
Ansible for automation & deployment
Jenkins CI/CD (pipeline authoring & maintenance)
Contact Center experience (Genesys Engage a plus)
Java/Python/Shell scripting
Containerization: Docker/Kubernetes
AWS or equivalent cloud experience
Agile/Scrum practices
