Responsibilities
Operating CNC machines (lathes and milling machines) to fabricate parts from raw materials
Reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings to meet machining specifications
Using precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, bore gauges) to ensure product accuracy
Proficiency in FANUC CNC systems, with some experience in HAAS machinery
Setting up and running multiple machines efficiently
Performing daily and routine maintenance on CNC equipment to optimize performance
Collaborating with engineers and team members to troubleshoot and resolve production issues
Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Qualification
Required
Must thrive in a team environment
Excellent communication skills (email, phone, and in-person)
CNC/Lathe experience is REQUIRED
Must be able to pass a nationwide background and a drug screening test
Preferred
Proficiency in FANUC CNC systems, with some experience in HAAS machinery
