Responsibilities
Design, code, and maintain scalable applications and system components across multiple platforms
Use agentic development tools (AI code generators, prompt-based automation, refactoring assistants, etc.) to enhance productivity and software quality
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, design architectures, and deliver solutions that meet business and customer needs
Take full ownership of assigned features, ensuring timely delivery with attention to performance, maintainability, and testing
Troubleshoot and debug software issues, leveraging AI-assisted tools to diagnose and resolve problems quickly
Actively explore emerging technologies and development patterns, applying new insights to improve products and workflows
Participate in peer reviews, Agile ceremonies, and sprint planning with a mindset of craftsmanship and growth
Maintain clear documentation for all developed software and agentic workflows
Contribute ideas to improve team velocity, reliability, and overall software quality
Perform other job-related duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in computer science, engineering, information technology, or related field
Can be substituted with equivalent relevant Agentic coding experience
Strong programming and software development skills with a drive to continuously improve your craft
Familiarity with agentic programming and AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Cody, or similar)
Experience coding in C#, or JavaScript/TypeScript with frameworks such as .NET, or Svelte
Understanding of cloud environments (Azure preferred) and version control (Git/GitHub)
Awareness of software architecture, system design, and coding best practices
Curiosity and adaptability in exploring new tools and technologies
Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills
Self-motivated with the ability to manage time and priorities independently
Excellent collaboration and communication skills
Positive, proactive attitude toward challenges and change
