8+ Experience in supporting personal computer hardware and routine software installation
8 Experience troubleshooting IT hardware and peripherals in an enterprise environment
8 Experience support Microsoft Productivity tools such as Office 365 and MS Teams
8 Experience support video tele-conferencing solutions such as Cisco Webex
Qualification
