Waste Elimination: Identifying muda (waste), such as overproduction, waiting times, and unnecessary movement, to speed up delivery of products or services
Defect Reduction: Using statistical analysis to find the root causes of errors and ensuring that products or services meet quality standards
Data-Driven Decision Making: Moving the company or department toward objective, evidence-based improvements
Standardization: Creating consistent streamlined workflows applying best practices
Qualification
Required
Must be a rising Junior or Senior in college working towards a bachelor's degree
Effective communication skills, attention to detail, and highly organized
Energetic, self-motivated, results oriented
Flexible and able to function in a fast-paced, safety-first work environment
Have a passion for cosmetics, the beauty industry and keeping up-to-date with industry trends
