New Grad, Entry LevelEPITEC is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Process/Operations Analyst to execute daily Fulfillment Operations processes. This role involves reviewing incoming orders, tracking fulfillment lifecycle, and ensuring timely responses to inquiries regarding the fulfillment process.

Responsibilities
Execute on daily Fulfillment Operations processes within Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
Review incoming orders for credit or debit cards via the Salesforce database
Create and track reporting throughout the fulfillment lifecycle
Manually retrieve cards from secure safes and package them
Update the system with card details
Track and monitor cards requiring additional configurations through completion and escalation
Package cards, verify with another team member, and submit for shipment to the mailroom department
Track Fedex deployments, leveraging familiarity with customs
Proactively mitigate and research open items as needed
Respond timely to questions regarding the fulfillment process
Answer questions on specific orders
Qualification
Required
