JD and CA bar
2-10 years' experience in Construction Defect cases from an Insurance Defense law firm
High-quality litigation work
Trial preparation and strategy
Draft pleadings, discovery, legal memoranda
Assist with hearings, depositions, arbitrations and mediations
Work with clients, opposing counsel, and claims professionals
Courtroom, deposition, and mediation experience
Experience contributing to trial prep and strategy
Ability to manage a caseload independently and effectively
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Must be a self-starter who thrives both independently and in a team atmosphere
Technically savvy, knowledgeable of current software and document management programs used in litigation
Experience conducting or assisting with depositions and hearings
Experience communicating with clients, opposing counsel, and claims professionals
Solid academic credentials from undergrad and law school
Resume, Transcripts and writing samples are required
