Responsibilities
Accurately and efficiently enter new or refill orders
Handle incoming fax and telephone communication
Deliver outstanding customer service and patient care
Properly handle order exceptions such as refill to soon, invalid orders, etc
Resolve common pharmacy problems quickly and efficiently
Communicate effectively to leadership and to peers
Achieve or exceed productivity standards in a fast paced environment
Pharmacist intern duties such as taking telephone orders and providing clinical information under the direction of a licensed Pharmacist
Qualification
Required
Currently in a School of Pharmacy (P1, P2, P3) program
Intern license required
Strong computer skills
Ability to multi-task
Outstanding telephone communication skills
