Responsibilities
Your main goal will be recruiting talents
We are looking for someone to handle full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, working in partnership with hiring managers, being the company ambassador throughout the whole process, and making sure the talent landed safely and successfully
At some point, depending on the team capacity and priorities, you will pull tasks from HR backlog
Qualification
Required
at least 2 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment
outstanding communication skills (both verbal and written)
Advanced (or confident Upper-intermediate) English and literacy in Ukrainian
business acumen and understanding popular tech stacks
great self-organization skills
constantly work on self-development, learn and implement new tools
curiosity and sense of humor
