Responsibilities
Assess current-state business processes and suggest best-practice solutions using CINC’s technology
Partner with clients to design, document, and deploy application configurations and specifications
Translate business requirements into functional configuration in the CINC platform
Ensure proper deployment of solutions through testing
Problem-solve and perform analysis of errors based on end-user or quality testing
Act as a subject matter expert in application, implementation configuration, and deployment
Provide basic level training to clients on product functionality
Understand product data requirements and their relation to product features and functionality
Remain current on release updates and product knowledge for assigned products
Maintain thoughtful and thorough use of Project Management tools (Project Management system, SharePoint folders, etc.) for time tracking, progress tracking, and data/document storage
Maintain implementation documentation repository as needed
Maintain a high level of commitment to superior client satisfaction throughout the entire duration of the client relationship
Qualification
Required
4+ years of experience implementing software for external clients
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organization, analytical, and problem-solving skills, as well as detail-oriented
Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment that requires quick turnaround and quality output
Ability to prioritize workload and work efficiently without supervision
Knowledge of all MS Office Products
Ability to work concurrently on multiple projects with several teams
Associate or Bachelor's degree
Prior experience in implementing and/or supporting software applications
Previous experience in Community operations strongly desired
Prior experience with direct client/external-facing engagements
Preferred
Experience with CINC's solutions, or competitor solutions, desired
