Responsibilities
Build and automate HR processes
Handle office ops and Employee Experience: weekly kitchen orders, swag coordination, space management, vendor relationships
Own the employee lifecycle- onboarding, changes, offboarding, data accuracy
Partner closely with Finance and Ops to keep everything running smoothly
Support employees with HR questions - you're approachable, discreet, and trustworthy
Use AI tools to make work easier and smarter
Jump in on whatever needs doing, big or small
Qualification
Required
3+ years in HR/People Ops
Experience building HR processes from scratch
Strong skills with HR systems and automation (Monday.com experience is a major plus)
Amazing organizational skills and attention to detail
High EQ - you're great with people and build relationships easily
A 'can-do' attitude and the ability to move fast
