Responsibilities
Assist Brokers with policy management, proposal preparation, and presentation creation
Handle clerical tasks such as photocopying, faxing, scanning, word processing, and filing
Prepare and issue client invoices, resolving billing issues to ensure accurate records
Support Brokers with coverage questions and program adjustments to maintain current policies
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal team members
Enter new bonds, upload documents, process renewals, and update client demographics under supervision
Qualification
Required
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in insurance, property, and casualty
Experience with underwriting services and claims support
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Collaborative team player with a client-focused mindset
Preferred
College degree preferred
