Responsibilities
Source potential candidates through personal pipelines, job boards, internet search, social media, referrals, etc
Provide strategic partnerships to clients on key hiring needs
Maintain employee files within the ATS (Bullhorn)
Manage a heavy calendar of group and individual interviews to build bench strength, and candidate assessments
Partner with Marketing Dept. on job postings and creative social media campaigns
Conduct reference checks for potential employees
Qualification
Required
Degree or relevant experience within the recruitment industry with proven success
Positive attitude, ability to see the best in any situation
High level of organization
Strong and clear writing skills
True team player
Passion for industry trends and research
Expert level in software and reporting
Preferred
Candidates who are commutable to NYC as needed
